This document, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes a legally binding agreement between Ingroinfo Infra Private Limited ("Cooliie") and you. By using, visiting, or registering for Cooliie, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.

Section A

Acceptance of Terms

By using, visiting, or registering for Cooliie and clicking "I have read and agree to the terms of use," you certify that:

Your Role: You are accessing the Platform as either a Service Professional (Worker) or a Service Seeker (Contractor/Business).

Authority: You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Payment: You authorize the transfer of payments for services requested through the Platform.

Age & Competency: You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into an enforceable contract under Indian law.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not click to accept them and are prohibited from using the Platform. Your continued use of Cooliie signifies your acceptance.

1. Modifications to Terms

Cooliie reserves the right to change, modify, or alter these Terms of Use at any time. We will post notice of any changes at https://cooliie.com/terms . Your continued use of the Platform following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is vital to us. Cooliie has established a Privacy Policy that explains how we collect and use your information. This policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use and governs your use of the Platform. Full Privacy Policy at: https://cooliie.com/privacy

Section B

Access & Eligibility

1. License to Access

Cooliie grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use the Platform provided that you do not copy, distribute, or modify any part without prior written consent, and you comply with all applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Use of the Platform is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate registration information, and not violate any applicable laws.

Your Account may be terminated without warning if we believe you are under 18 or are in violation of any law or Platform policy.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify Cooliie immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

To protect our community, you agree NOT to:

Scrape or Automate

Use automated systems to access the Platform or harvest data.

Data Theft

Collect personally identifiable information of other users for competitive or commercial purposes.

Spam

Use the Platform's communication systems for unauthorized commercial solicitation.

Direct Solicitation

Recruit users for business opportunities not affiliated with Cooliie without written permission.

Section C

Member Conduct

1. Content Restrictions

When uploading content to Cooliie, you agree NOT to post anything that:

Misrepresents Identity

Impersonates any person or entity or provides false biographical information.

Harms Minors

Intends to exploit or solicit personal information from anyone under 18.

Is Offensive or Illegal

Contains defamatory, hateful, racially offensive material or promotes illegal acts.

Infringes IP

Uses copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets without permission.

Contains Malware

Distributes viruses or any technology designed to disrupt the Platform.

2. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination

In accordance with Indian law, Cooliie strictly prohibits any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or caste. Cooliie reserves the right to remove discriminatory content immediately and without notice.

5. Feedback Policy

Extortion

Threatening negative feedback to force extra services not in the original agreement.

Feedback Padding

Leaving false positive reviews to artificially inflate a user's reputation.

Restrictive Clauses

Including terms in a job offer that prevent a user from leaving honest feedback.

Section D

Rules for Service Providers (Workers)

1. Honest Profiles and Offers

Service Providers must not miscategorize services, misrepresent location, misuse brand names, or include false information in their profile.

4. Service Provider Consent & Wage Policy

Platform Fees

Cooliie charges a Convenience Fee determined at our sole discretion, payable by the Service Seeker.

Wage Collection

You are authorized to receive wages directly from the Service Seeker at the agreed rate. Cooliie does not intervene in wage disputes.

Travel Allowance

If the work location is more than 2 km away, you may request a travel allowance at public rates (maximum ₹15 one way).

If you violate any rules, Cooliie may cancel your postings, suspend or delete your Account, lower your rating, and permanently ban your email and IP address from re-registering.

Section E

Rules for Service Seekers

1. Ethical Hiring Practices

Service Seekers shall NOT commit without payment, engage in false solicitation, post disruptive bookings, or misuse any booking features.

3. Responsibilities Toward Workers & Payment

Travel Allowance

If you hire a worker located more than 2 km from the workplace, you are responsible for paying their Travel Allowance directly.

Wage Payment

You are solely responsible for paying wages in the mode requested by the worker (Cash, UPI, etc.) upon completion of work.

Cooliie as Mediator

Cooliie is only a mediator. While we verify profiles, Cooliie is not liable for errors, damages, or conduct issues caused by any hired person.

Urgent Bookings

Cooliie reserves the right to charge a higher service fee for "Urgent" or "Last Minute" bookings.

Section F

Use of Submitted Content

3. Ownership and License Granted to Cooliie

You Own Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and text you upload.

License Granted

By posting on Cooliie, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content to run the Platform.

Termination

This license ends once you remove or delete your content from the Platform.

5. Verification & Background Disclaimer

Cooliie may perform limited verification such as mobile number authentication or government identity matching for safety purposes. Such verification does not constitute background verification, police verification, skill certification, or character guarantee.

Section G

Copyright & Trademark Policy

Cooliie respects intellectual property rights and may terminate accounts for repeated infringers. To report an infringement, submit a formal notice to [email protected] including:

Clear description of the copyrighted or trademarked work infringed.

Specific location (URL or profile link) of the infringing material.

A good faith belief statement that the use is not authorized.

Your full contact information and authorized signature.

Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Section H

Website Changes & Account Termination

Platform Changes

Cooliie may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without liability to you or any third party.

Termination by Cooliie

We may deactivate your Account immediately and without notice if you have violated these Terms, been inactive for an extended period, or your conduct is harmful.

Termination by You

You may stop using the Platform at any time by navigating to "Account Preferences" and selecting "Deactivate Account."

Data Retention

Cooliie may retain user data and communication records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and law enforcement cooperation even after account termination.

Section I

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on the Website—except user-submitted content—is owned by or licensed to Cooliie, including text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, the Coolie name, logos, and trademarks. These are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell, or exploit this for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Cooliie grants you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to view and use our Data solely for your personal participation in the marketplace. You may not modify, translate, or sell our platform's code or content.

Section N

Limitations of Liability

Exclusions

Cooliie is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Platform, user conduct, failed negotiations, or disputes between users.

Liability Cap

Total aggregate liability of Cooliie shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you to Cooliie during the transaction in question.

Third-Party Links

Cooliie assumes no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of third-party websites linked from the Platform.

Intermediary Status

Cooliie operates solely as a technology intermediary and shall not be liable for any act, conduct, or transaction occurring between users.

Section L

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Amicable Settlement

Before filing a formal lawsuit, contact us at [email protected] for informal mediation.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration to avoid high litigation costs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, India.

Statute of Limitations

Any legal claim arising from your use of Cooliie must be filed within one (1) year after the issue occurs. Claims filed after one year are permanently barred.
